This website is a story of a lifestyle change… a journey to tranquility.  After years of working in the corporate world in a large city, my husband and I have re-evaluated life.  Asking the question: “Can we make a life change that enables us to maintain a sustainable income, while finding a healthier, happier, less stressed us?”.  We have talked a long time about escaping the rat race and moving into a more tranquil country space.

We invite you to join us on our search for tranquility, through renovating a small farm house and transforming the land into a revenue generating business.  Through this journey of escaping the rat race, we will share our honest tale of the good, the bad, the ugly and the entertaining experiences.  We will share learnings of renovations, farming and a small business start up.  Hopefully helping others who may also be on this journey or contemplating it.  This is a definitely a step outside of our comfort zone.  We have little experience in what we are about to embark on, but we are excited for the journey and excited to have you join us along the way.  Hang tight for what we believe will be quite the rollercoaster ride.
